Technical O-training for you

Our next orienteering training is on Sunday 26th May at Tibradden Wood – sign up on the 3ROC WhatsApp group so we know who is coming (how many people and what level they need).

The next sessions will be in the Phoenix Park on Saturday June 15th and 29th, and we have a “come and try it” introductory orienteering event at Poppintree Park, Ballymun on Saturday 22nd June in conjunction with Ballymun scouts and Dublin City Council “Active Cities”.

The technical training sessions focus on orienteering skills (map reading, direction finding, distance measurement etc) rather than on fitness, so everyone can learn.
