What’s on this week – June 12 – 19

Things are starting to get quieter for the summer, with the final CNOC Tuesday evening event and barbecue at Hollywood, Co. Wicklow, on Tuesday 18th June. Details here. This year the Hollywood event will count in the league.

Before that we have three club members running this weekend at the Jukola overnight relay in Finland on Saturday 15th starting at 9 pm Irish time. Follow the action live  here. Good luck to Ronan, Julie and John!

The closing date for the 16th Setanta Rogaine on June 22/23 is next Thursday June 20th so get your skates on if you haven’t entered already. Details here.

LVO are running the Tollymore Festival of Orienteering: three events over the weekend of June 21-22-23: an urban sprint in Newcastle, Co. Down on Friday evening, a cross-country event at Tollymore on Saturday and a score event at Donard on Sunday, with a barbecue and camping at Tollymore.  It’s an enjoyable end of season weekend.
