Final Tuesday evening event on August 27th

The 3rd and final Phoenix Park Tuesday evening event is on August 27th, starting at the Magazine Fort inside the Islandbridge gate. Start times 6.30 to 7.30 pm; two courses of about 3 km and 6 km. All welcome.

Note: The Islandbridge gate is one way OUT ONLY to traffic. If coming by car, come from Parkgate Street and turn left at the first roundabout (just after the Wellington Monument), or come in the NCR or Chapelizod gates. The Magazine Fort is about 10 minutes walk from the 46A bus terminus.

The second event (August 20th) had about 150 people, running on Colm Moran’s “Middle distance” style courses. The results are on the IOA web site here.  Laurence Quinn ran with a headcam and you can see his run here.
