Irish Relay Championships

Are you going to IOC 2013 in Co. Galway on the May Bank Holiday weekend? Would you like to run on a 3ROC club relay team on Monday 6th May? If you’d like to run on a team, please contact us using the panel to the right of this page and let us know your name, your SI card number (if you have one) and your age class. Entries are closing soon so please let the club know as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to fit everyone in.

Last year we won the Handicap 6 class and finished 2nd in the Handicap 18 class. This year we’ll have a crack at the Open class with Colm, Eoin and Ger.
