At the Irish Championships …

Well, there’s still plenty of activity this week even if the Leinster League and Irish Championships are over. The CNOC evening series continues at the Curragh, Co. Kildare on Tuesday 20th (starts 6 to 7.30 pm); the Leinster Primary Schools’ Championships are at Djouce Woods on Wednesday; the IMRA hill race on Wednesday evening is on a new route up Scarr, near Roundwood; the Wicklow Way Relay is on Saturday.

Club fitness training on Monday and Thursday evenings at Belfield.

Free 5 km Parkruns on Saturday at 09.30 (Marlay Park, Griffeen Park (Lucan), Malahide Castle, St Anne’s Park (Raheny), Ardgillan Park (Balbriggan).

In the near future we also have the Irish 3-Day in Co. Galway, the Setanta Rogaine in June; the Jukola Relay in Finland and the LVO O-festival in Co. Down. Details on the IOA/NIO fixtures pages here.
