This week’s orienteering: November 17-23

Congratulations to Connacht Championship winners from 3ROC: Cliona McCullough (W20), Mary O’Connell (W50) and John McCullough (M60) on the very physical sand dunes of Strandhill on Sunday. Events coming up are the Computers in Orienteering workshop on Saturday 22nd November in Portlaoise (probably booked out) and the Fingal Leinster League event at Deerpark Forest just outside Virginia, Co. Cavan (Leinster League in Cavan?) on Sunday 23rd. See details here.

Running training continues on Monday and Thursday evenings at Belfield and circuits on Wednesday evening in Stillorgan.
